Ms. A is a Special Education teacher at CEC. She holds a BA in Communication from Colorado University at Denver and a Masters Degree in Education from Metropolitan State University. Ms. A was the first in her family to attend college in the U.S., as she moved to the Denver metro area from Kiev, Ukraine at the age of 13. After years of working in the banking and retirement industries, Ms. A started her teaching career in 2015, having joined the team at CEC in 2018. She cannot picture working anywhere else because CEC has amazing teachers, engaging career classes, and a unique environment in which to connect education to the real world; these facts make it a dynamic place to teach and to learn. Her free time is spent with her husband and two daughters, as well as socializing a 50 pound Australian Shepherd mix and keeping a 15 pound Pug from causing too much mischief.
