Hilary O’Kelly graduated from South High School and is a first-generation college student. She earned a bachelor’s degree in English with an emphasis in secondary education from the University of Northern Colorado in Greeley. While at UNC, she also studied abroad and attended the University of Malta (an island in the Mediterranean). After being a high school English teacher for several years, she completed her master’s degree in school counseling and became a school counselor. Ms. O’Kelly was a teacher and school counselor in Jeffco schools before joining CEC in 2017. Her hobbies include hiking, camping, outdoor activities, traveling, reading, and spending time with her family.
