Johnny runs our coffee house, teaching students how to make that perfect latte while still understanding the business side of running your own shop. Johnny played conga drums and was a background singer with Jimmy Buffett and the Coral Reefer band. He took a short hiatus last year to go on a reunion tour, but is now back full-time at CEC, teaching his students how to make a cheeseburger in paradise.
