My name is Adrian-Michael Blumenthal, and I’m excited to meet everyone part of the CEC community. This will be my 21st year in the classroom teaching composition, rhetoric, writing, reading, and discussion skills to students to help them find their way either beginning their higher education studies, or beginning their training in their chosen career. I received my BA in History from Rutgers University in 1999, my MA in Composition/Rhetorical Studies from Rowan University in 2002, my MFA in English/Creative Writing from Long Island University in 2003, my MEd in Educational Leadership from Regis University in 2016, and I’m currently a doctoral candidate in Curriculum & Instruction, specializing in Qualitative Research Methods at the University of Denver. I’m excited to bring my background and experience to CEC, ready to collaborate with its gifted staff, and excited to meet the ambitious students. In the free time I manage to find, I enjoy traveling with my girlfriend, Catherine Reinert, all over the country and world. I’m also training for my black belt in Muay Thai, with a background in several martial arts and am an avid tennis player. Whether you’re a student of my class or not, please never hesitate to reach out to me if there’s anything I can do to help with your educational journey.
